It is the lowest price we charged for the same server in the last 30 days. If we cannot prove it, we show neither a struck-through price nor a discount.
We do not show stock numbers. Every offer may be gone at any time. "Last server" only appears where exactly one server is actually left.
Your rate stays valid until 15 minutes after the round ends. Exceptions: the server has been taken or is no longer available.
Between rounds, yes – every move shows up in the ticker, including increases. The rate you ordered at never changes.
